Founder of A Mother Time, marketing consultant and someone who’s lived the messy, beautiful, chaotic reality of running a business and raising a family. I fell into entrepreneurship straight out of uni, building my first business from a final-year project into an international e-commerce brand before selling it after six incredible years. Since then, I’ve spent more than a decade coaching, mentoring and working with founders to help them find clarity, confidence and direction in their work whilst working as a freelance marketer for some amazing start-ups.

In 2023, with a helping hand from IVF, I gave birth to my incredible daughter, Olive. It was during the sleepless nights, answering emails during contact naps and getting back to clients whilst I recovered from a C-Section that I really began to understand how invisible and relentless the juggling act can be for self-employed mums. Brilliant, capable women showing up every day, but often overwhelmed, exhausted and pulled in a dozen directions at once.

That realisation became A Mother Time: a community where self-employed and
freelance mums get connection, practical support and gentle momentum, without the pressure to be perfect. It’s a space to feel understood, to find focus again, to grow your business and to rediscover you in the midst of motherhood.
